Step 1

To create a return request, click the "MY ACCOUNT" button.

Step 2

Click on the "ORDERS" tab. Select the order you want to return. You will be directed to the Order information page.

Click the "REGISTRATION OF THE RETURN" Link.

Step 4

The return process is as follows: if you get faulty products, you can request a return. However, such a request can be made only if certain conditions are met ? the item must be returnable and its return period must not be over.

To finally make a return request, select the order by checking the checkbox. Select your reason and include some comments regarding the order. Click the Return button.

When a return request is submitted, it is automatically displayed in the Hallohallomall, and the administrator will verify the product you wish to return, the reason and action requested (Money back or item replacement). You will be notified via email regarding the status of your request.
